Birthdays at Planet Hollywood

We want to make sure that whatever the occasion you have a great and memorable time with us here at Planet Hollywood.

If you are celebrating a birthday or other significant event please let us know at the time of booking and we can even arrange for a celebration message to be played on the screens around the venue.

If it is a birthday let your waiter know and the birthday boy or girl will get a sparkling candle in their dessert. We provide the atmosphere and sparklers, you provide the vocals with a loud renition of Happy Birthday.

Please note that we do not permit guests to bring their own celebration cake into Planet Hollywood. Please ask your server about our chocolate cake or birthday desserts!

DJs

Every evening from 6pm and all day weekends and school holidays we have our resident DJ here to entertain you.

If you want a message up on our fantastic screens which are situated throughout the restaurant and bar, just find your nearest interactive screen and send the Dj your message. The DJ will also announce any messages over the restaurant speakers and make your night one to remember.

The DJ can also at certain times show your table up on the large screens, so keep your eyes open as you become a star!!

WORLD-WIDE HELIUM SHORTAGE

To all our guests

Unfortunately due to a world-wide helium shortage we are only able to get a very small allocation of helium per month and this does not allow us to offer balloons to all our guests, therefore we have taken the decision to not supply helium filled balloons for tables from today onwards.

As helium is also used in medical and technology sectors, we feel as a company that this is a better use of helium at this time.

We are happy to supply unfilled balloons to your table ( you can inflate them yourselves ) if you so wish and we will be looking into other ideas to make birthday tables fun. In the meantime, we still provide sparklers for our birthday desserts and cakes as well as messages up on the big screens.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
