Please call the following help desk number – 020 7492 0846 - with regard to your reservation as we regret to inform you that all bookings made with Theatre Line (also trading as In-Time Tickets and London Theatre Break.com) are not valid as Theatre Line went into administration as of Friday 15th February 2013.
If our agents Encore Tickets received prior confirmation from Theatre Line of your booking for Saturday 16th February and Sunday 17th February 2013 your booking will be honoured, however in in cases where Encore Tickets have not received client details, a confirmed reservation or payment, there will be no confirmed reservation for tickets for you at this restaurant or your theatre. Please call the help desk number above and see attached a letter with further information on the above and how you can obtain a refund if it affects you.
