PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESTAURANT AND BAR

HEAD TRAINER FOR ALL FOH STAFF IN A DYNAMIC AMERICAN THEMED RESTAURANT

Responsible for Training: Training Team / Servers / Hosts / Bar / Merchandise / Bussers

Implementing Ph Service Standards on all FOH staff. This includes:

Identifying appropriate team members to become trainers.

  • Training the trainers

  • Orientations on all FOH departments

  • Keeping all training documents, manuals, files up to date

  • Ensuring all policies, procedures, specs and training guidelines are being adhered to

  • Participating in monthly world-wide Senior Trainer Conference Calls

  • Completing monthly Senior Trainer Reports

  • Working with closely with management on all aspects of the restaurant training

Our brand is known worldwide and exudes an exciting, youthful, fun and dynamic power. The chosen candidate must be able to bring to life all these aspects when training the team. Not only is your technical ability essential, but your energy, smile, hospitality and positive attitude is essential.

Ideally the candidate comes from an acting or stage school background and has had exposure or experience of living and working in America and / or working in an American themed restaurant operation.

This is a full time position and covers day, evening and weekends shifts. The ideal candidate must be flexible, dedicated and able to work any shift within the seven day week. Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary from £22,000pa upwards depending on ability and experience.
